Our community pantry is designed to provide for the basic needs of our community. There are dry goods, hygiene products, clothes and cleaning supplies.
The Pantry is open 24 hours a day and located at 37005 Highway 11 in Buras, LA 70041. Anyone is welcome to come and take what they need.
Donations of food, clothing, hygiene products and cleaning supplies are also accepted. There is a shelf for donations and can be dropped off at your convenience.
Our building projects are focused on creating safe environments for the people of South Plaquemines Parish to live in. We do small projects on the homes of the elderly and single mothers to help ensure they are living in safe conditions.
Projects include porches and steps leading to the home, roof repair, floor repair and more.
We are always looking for people to partner with us. We need donations for the food pantry, volunteers to help with the building projects and people to help with our community outreach events.
